Serena Kim Boi Resort - Hoa Binh

Upon arrival were were met with really helpful and caring staff who guided us in what we were wanting to do. We only had a short time there but we knew we were wanting to spend time on the private On Sen, get in a massage or two and eat some yummy food. The breakfast offerings were perfect with fresh Pho, omlette making and the pastries were lovely. Surrounded by the natural scape of the area, it was lovely just to stare out into the distance! Bicycles were made available to get around the resort and they offered buggies to help us get to the On Sen. We loved our Bungalow, we felt like we were in nature. It was a perfect size with a beautiful bathroom! The Spa/Massage area was underrated!

The resort is placed in charming scenery. Stag was friendly especially the receptionist David was really helpful and gave us all the information what we can do during our time in Serena. Room was spacious and clean. Pool well maintained and that was a pleasure to use it

The resort is suitable for families with kids and elderly. There are lots of green areas and comfortable to walk there

Nice, large outdoor pool with a beautiful view.👍 In this beautiful resort you can relax very well and enjoy the beautiful landscape.
